somewhere else but he is in an office pool he's hoping somebody in that pool might have bought a ticket here in mercer county. as you said it is one ticket. one winning ticket here in new jersey out of 44 states and it's not just anywhere in new jersey it's right here in mercer county in our neck of the woods. if you are waking up this morning and you know that you bought a powerball ticket in mercer county last night, your life may be about to change. it is the seventh largest jackpot in powerball history. $429.6 million. now i know you guys said the numbers before it bears repeating. for whoever has this ticket. they matched all five numbers and the powerball. 05, 25, 26, 44, 66 and the powerball of nine. now, lottery officials are not releasing the exact spot where the ticket was sold until they can finish proper security procedures and they expect whoever won this ticket probably scrambling to connect with the right people maybe some lawyers,

accountants to try to figure out exactly what to do before they come forward with this tick. we are expecting to find out where the ticket was sold sometime tomorrow morning they're telling us they're hoping. back here live, we're here in mercer county outside of this 7eleven. this is where we've been talking to folks surrounded by a number of gas stations, any number of locations where you can actually buy this ticket. the chances for whoever won this one ticket, well, it's 292 million. so if you are the winner you are truly one out of 292 million. guys, back to you. >> sabina, those people are so luck keep thanks so much. it is exactly 7:05 right now. also, in the news this morning, knew from overnight violent night in the steve camden, police say is a man was shot in the head and died. it happened about 3:30 this morning on the 1400 block of bradley avenue. officials are still investigating the cause of the shooting. no arrest arrests that been mad. also two people are in the hospital following a hit-and-run in the society hill section of philadelphia. about 11:15 last night right

over at lombard and columbus boulevard. police say a 48-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman were struck then the car sped away. no word on those victims conditions. police say one man is now in custody after robbing another man of his cell phone in the parking lot of a south jersey motel. officers say 23-year-old james hastings, jr., seen here, took a man's phone early saturday morning at the red carpet motel unright white horse pike in galloway. police eventually found hastings with the phone in north jersey. officers say he physically resisted arrest causing minor injuries to an officer. the cell phone was return to the victim and hastings has been charged and is being held on $75,000 bail. well, we had three deadly fires in the span of just about nine hours and of course those deaths could have been prevent according to fire officials with few simple measures. a total of six people were killed in those three separate fires on friday night and saturday morning.

officials say in at least one of those fires, one of the victims tried to battle the flames. that was one in west philly much this is the one in norristown. two adults an child died. they say always leave fighting the fire to the experts. >> main messages here is that if there's a fire, get out, stay out. don't fight the fire especially if you don't have large enough fire extinguisher. >> we have not yet learn the names of the victims red cross is helping about two dozen people who are out of their homes and if you need fire detector they can bring one to you for free call 311. new information in the police involved shooting in philadelphia's overbrook farms section last week. police are now releasing the officer's name. we know investigators say that he is officer shannon cool bow seven year veteran and plane clothes officer. he and his partner observed suspicious mini van circling the 6300 block of overbrook avenue when a marked unit arrived to help that driver started heading in the direction of the plain clothes officers and that's when that officer opened fire.

the driver 52-year-old richard feretti who was unarmed died at the hospital. the whole incident is under investigation and under department guidelines officers are not supposed to fire at moving vehicles. some huge tornadoes spotted in eastern colorado. look at these videos. these come from ray colorado. officials say the storm brought hail, damaged cam persons uprooted trees. but there's no word yet on any injuries. there's a really special story that you did, you were out with them. the amazing school came out for this one. they came true real life super heroes. >> this morning the little boy that they celebrated and his family they're here, young aid aiden. they will join us in the studio. the message that they have and we'll share with all of you. >> plus, the race for president wow oh, wow what the donald is saying are the now and how hillary clinton is responding. >> we want to see mom pictures. >> send in the mom pictures using our hash tag fox 29 moms.

we're following a developing story out of trenton right now. u.s. coast guard is currently looking for a jet skier who went missing yesterday near the trenton boat ramp. he's 26-year-old jesus diaz melendez and officials say he

it's completely different than anything we're used to i'm sure we're really excited about and just take it as it goes. >> what do you think about these attacks on women right now? specifically he's going hard at both bill and hillary clinton at this point. is that going to work? >> well, i don't think it's going to work. you know, we have seen negativity just not work. people want to hear issues. they want to hear about jobs and about the economy want have you. he has not really given any platform. we don't really know where he stands. he keeps saying i'm a conservative. now he's saying i'm not a part conservative party, part of the republican party. he really is, you know, he's all over the place, and people are really concerned. you can see, you know, paul ryan is not ready to endorse. he's accusing ted cruz's father of being involved with the murder of jfk. and the real conservatives like err ick erickson are looking for possible al third party candidate. >> do you think that's still going happen? at this point people do seem to love trump no matter what he says he can get away with it. do you think any chance they'll

weekend wendy wants you to know that we have some certain great stuff going on across town. studio in old city we have a mother's day brunch running between 10:00 a.m. and noon and 2:00 o'clock. 2:00 o'clock and 4:00 o'clock. conditions look great today. we're looking at middle and upper 60s. some spots in western new jersey right along the turnpike, you know, we could be talking about maybe 70 degrees. so quite the change and good direction in comparison to yesterday. ultimate doppler showing a couple of scattered showers even imbedded thunder in some parts of the area. right along 295 and the turnpike getting right around mt. holly there's some heavy downpours maybe a quick clap of some thunder take a look at the shot. 53 degrees temperatures are into the 50s. on our way to the 60s later today. this front will blow through here later this morning. and into the afternoon hours. high pressure will sing in and we are looking at a fantastic afternoon. there's going to be rough weather. we showed you tornado video

looking at our great city as we celebrate mother's day. 7:29. good morning. let's take look at some of this morning's top stories. philadelphia police are looking for a man who was last seen back in march. here he is. he's 59-year-old brian carney. no one has seen or heard from him since march 17th when he was on the 4600 block of roosevelt boulevard. police were finally notified just friday. anyone with any information take good look at that picture if you know anything please call police 911. loved ones and members of law enforcement say they're final goodbyes to former philadelphia police commissioner willie williams. he was laid to rest at the cheltenham cemetery. he was philadelphia's first african-american commissioner and led the los angeles police department during troubled times much he was remembered as a trailblazer. >> his tree -- it's tremendous

make ourselves look younger but really doctors keep telling us that what we do to our bodies on the inside it shows on the outside in our skin. so besides drinking water and eating fruits and vegetables we know we're supposed to be doing that here's a little extra added advice for you. it's about just making simple swaps. let me start with if you're ea eating a bagel, you might want to skip the creamed cheese and instead opt for almond butter. almond butter it's kind of a super star in the nutrition world in many ways one of the reasons is first of all it's got the protein in it. protein is a building block for your skin, and it also has the mono unrate fatty acids that's really good for inflammation, inflammation is a big word that doctors use when i talk about your skin health. you want to bring down the inflammation sooths your skin. this is a good one. almond butter. now if you're drinking coffee, coffee is good. it's got antioxidants i love my coffee but green tea is super star. green tea has this incredible ability to neutralize free

>> perry's legal team has until wednesday to tell the court in writing why they believe the vatican should not have the final authority here and the little nuns should. ♪ we're here in marlton, new jersey, i'm chris, director of culinary. welcome to your fox food bite and today what we're going to do we'll take a island salmon with beautiful plum tomato relish. let's get started first thing we want to do is we have two, 6-ounce portions of salmon out of the denmark. we want to season it with olive oil and fan zero this today. this is also great coming into the spring and summer on the grill as well. so fresh salt and pepper, keep this real simple. salt, i'm a big fan of always seasoning both sides. we'll do it again to the other

side. little oil. this is extra virgin my favori favorite. we'll rub that in. empty teen hit your pan. pan searing is height heat getting a night crust on it. we'll add this right in. there we go. that's going to take about four to five minutes on each side. it should be perfect so keep an eye on that. while that's cooking we'll move over to the relish. the relish is something really simple. what's great about this relish you can use it for fish or chicken. first thing we want to do is have two plum tomatoes diced add that to the bowl. we'll add about 3 tablespoons of onion, diced red onion, a teaspoon of caper, 2 teaspoons of chopped black cured olives. and fresh basil. it's just a nice thin strips. we'll add that in.

we'll season that with salt and pepper. and i'm going to make a dressing for this. what i want to do put a little bit more than normal i'll put about an ounce and half of balsamic vinegar and about 3-ounces of olive oil. you can't go wrong here. as long as you have double the oil. we'll stir this up. and the reason i'm going a little bit heavy i'll -- i'm going to have that as dressing. go to the fish, we should have nice zero on this. that is absolutely perfect. you can see the nice brown -- browning on there. great texture when you serve this. we'll continue to let that cook for another five to six minutes. you can make this like i did right to order or you can actually make this about 30 minutes ahead of time or an hour ahead of time and let it marinate a little bit get the flavor to soak in. now that our fish is just about done we want to start plating i

8:05. one span now in custody after robbing another man of his cell phone in the parking lot of south jersey motel. officers say 23-year-old james hastings, jr. seen here took a man's phone early saturday morning at the red carpet motel on white horse pike in galloway. police eventually found hastings with the phone in north jersey and officers say he physically resisted arrest causing minor injuries to an officer. the cell phone was returned to the victim and hastings has been charged and is being held on $75,000 bail. also new information in the police involved shooting in the philadelphia's overbrook section from last week. police say there was plain clothes officer who saw a suspicious van several times driving around the neighborhood of 63 hard hundred block of overbrook avenue and that's when the car moved forward towards the direction of the plain clothes officer and that's when that officer opened fire. they now release the name of that officer.

heavy steady rains that pushed in across the city limits earlier this morning now out of here. i mean this is flying and we're talking about sun already starting to peek out in the poconos. i think that's going to be the case here in the city give it another hour, hour and a half. we'll talk sunshine. 54 degrees right now. winds are calm but they are going to pick up during the course of your afternoon. winds 15 to 20 miles per hour. so that's one caveat to the forecast. so 50s right now going to sun and clouds and 68 degrees this afternoon. not a bad looking day. sunshine will lead right into the 7:00 o'clock hour we'll get up to around 65 degrees. 70s as we get into tomorrow. a cold front that's passing in across the region. dry canadian up towards the north it will dry the atmosphere out. allow for the sun to come back but then we'll talk some more rain chances as we get into next week. look at the temperatures across the northeast into the 50s and 40s. but look at the 60s lurking back down to the south. so this is the warmth that we will be advertising as we go into next week. but the trade off is going to be

just three days after christmas, aidan was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. the diagnosis sent the third grader's live into series of treatment, medical attention, but friday was a celebratory day. his friends and classmates at saint mary school at williamstown there you are, invited aidan back to school just to show how much they love him. in honor of aidan's school had super hero day and i was there. they dressed up as super heroes cheered as aiden made his way down the hall and came together to offer encouragement to their friend. after seeing the story, we were flooded with comments from people who wanted to show their support and their love and meet you, aidan. so the whole family is here. good morning, everybody. >> good morning. >> good morning. >> try to get aidan to do the weather with us this morning. he's not ready to be the weatherman yet. not quite yet. >> not unite quite yet. >> how you feeling this morning. good. >> you feeling okay. um-hmm. >> tell us and welcome the little guys. what's your name. >> connor.
